David Campbell

Born in Scotland, David learned negotiation at an early age growing up in a family with 3 sisters!

David excelled at sport where his tenacity and determination was wholly apparent. In the early 80’s he was selected to play basketball for Scotland and played in the European. David joined the Royal Air Force at 17 where he trained as a physical training instructor (PTI) and at 18, was appointed as the station PTI for an RAF flying training unit in North Yorkshire. He grew up quickly and took on a lot of responsibility for the delivery of physical training, survival and parachute training to trainee fast jet pilots and qualified flying instructors. Motivating and driving the units physical fitness forward was key and an area in which David excelled.

David on leaving the RAF started work as a survival instructor in the Oil and Gas sector where he worked globally for over 11 years. During this time, he moved from the delivery of training to the marketing and business development of those courses, finding and honing the passion and skills that have directed his working career. In 1994 David and his family were based in Abu Dhabi where he gained significant experience in the delivery of services and also recognition of cultural differences and business practices.

Initially, David focused on the international Oil & Gas sector, delivering services in the UK, Middle East, Africa, Russia, Former Soviet States, Central and South America. However, in early 2000 David made the transition into the Telecommunications sector, where he has achieved significant success regularly exceeding targets.

Having gained substantial success working in the corporate environment the next natural step was for David to form his own company. The Sale Bridge Ltd was born, proving a successful venture from its inception and allowing David, as director to support and grow business for his clients as never before.
